Connecticut

  • No Stripped AR Receivers

  • FOID Required for magazine purchases

Delaware

No variants of AR15, rifle or pistol, or completed lowers are to be sold or shipped to Delaware.

No semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that can accept a detachable magazine and has at least 1 of the following:

  • A folding or telescoping stock.
  • A pistol grip or a thumbhole stock.
  • A forward pistol grip.
  • A flash suppressor.
  • A grenade launcher or flare launcher.
  • A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches.
  • No magazines with a capacity over 17 rounds.

No semi-automatic pistol that has a detachable magazine and has at least one of the following features:

  • An ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip.
  • A threaded barrel.
  • A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel except a slide.
  • A second hand grip.

Hawaii

  • No magazines with a capacity of 10+.
  • No Non-compliant AR pistols.

Illinois

These restrictions apply to the entire state of Illinois.

  • No rifle magazines over 10rds
  • No handgun magazines over 15rds
  • No rifle/pistol kits
  • No threaded barrels
  • No AR Rifles
  • No AR Pistols
  • No complete AR receivers
  • No AR stripped receivers
  • No Complete AR uppers
  • No AR-10 Rifles

  • No pistols with threaded barrel

Chicago

  • No Sales to the city of Chicago

Deerfield

  • No Stripped or Complete Receivers
  • No Complete AR Receivers
  • No Non-compliant AR pistols

  • FOID Required for magazine purchases
  • No magazines with a capacity of greater than 10 rounds

Homewood

  • No magazines with a capacity of greater than 10 rounds

  • No magazines greater than 10 rounds
  • Rifles must be ban compliant (fixed stock; p/w brake or no threads; no bayonet lug; or be a fixed magazine)

New Jersey

  • No Complete AR Receivers
  • No Non-compliant AR pistols
  • No Non-compliant AR rifles
  • No Non-compliant Handguns
  • No magazines with a capacity of greater than 10 rounds

New York

These restrictions apply to the entire state of New York.

  • No Stripped or Complete Receivers
  • No Non-compliant AR pistols
  • No Non-compliant AR rifles
  • No Non-compliant Handguns
  • No magazines with a capacity of greater than 10 rounds

Rhode Island

  • No magazines with a capacity of greater than 10 rounds

Vermont

  • No Rifle magazines with a capacity of greater than 10 rounds
  • No Handgun magazines with a capacity of greater than 15 rounds

Washington State

  • No AR15s or AR10s.
  • No rifle kits
  • No parts to individuals
  • Parts can be sold to a FFL holder for “repairs”
  • No accessories that can fit on an “Assault Weapon”

Washington D.C.

  • No Sales to Washington D.C.
