Our 16" CHF HBAR Flattop Kit starts with our 5.56 chambered 16" Cold Hammer Forged HBAR barrel made from Mil-Spec 4150 chrome moly venadium steel utilizing the CAR length gas system. This chrome lined barrel is attached to our flattop upper and uses our CAR handguards. The upper is fully assembled with our charging handle and semi-auto bolt carrier group. To finish out your stripped lower receiver (not included) we use our standard lower parts kit and 6-position M4 buttstock assembly. All parts are completely made in the USA.
