Our 16" Chrome Line HBAR Flattop Kit starts with our 5.56 chambered 16" HBAR barrel made from 4140 chrome moly steel utilizing the CAR length gas system. This chrome lined barrel is attached to our flattop upper and uses our CAR handguards. The upper is fully assembled with our charging handle and semi-auto bolt carrier group. To finish out your stripped lower receiver (not included) we use our standard lower parts kit and 6-position M4 buttstock assembly. All parts are completely made in the USA.
