Our 16" Lightweight Tactical Complete Upper starts with our 5.56 chambered 16" fluted HBAR barrel made from 4140 chrome moly steel utilizing the CAR length gas system. This match barrel is attached to our flattop upper and uses our CAR handguards. The upper is fully assembled with our charging handle and semi-auto bolt carrier group. All parts are completely made in the USA.
